Genesis AEC is undergoing a significant renovation of Diamond Wing 5, a Hopewell, NJ facility to support advanced pharmaceutical operations. Sylvan was brought in to handle critical aspects of the renovation, including demolition, HVAC and high-purity piping, plumbing, and passivation.
Working within a tight 20,000 sq. ft. footprint with existing structures has required careful planning and precise execution. Our team has already invested more than 12,000 manhours without a single recordable safety incident—thanks to a strong safety centered mindset and proactive planning.
Despite the complexity, progress has been steady, and Sylvan has achieved hitting every milestone on schedule. This project highlights Sylvan’s ability to deliver specialized solutions in challenging environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
