Multi-Year Automotive Facility Modernization

As part of a multi-year modernization program at a 3M sq. ft. automotive assembly facility, Sylvan provided complete General Assembly conveyor and tooling upgrades, along with the installation of a new Robotic Wet 3 paint system.

Major Turnkey Manufacturing Facility Upgrade

Sylvan is supporting a major automotive manufacturer’s $3 billion retooling project at its flagship Ontario assembly complex, a facility spanning more than 5 million square feet across nearly 500 acres.

Large-Scale Air Tempering Automotive Retrofit

Sylvan delivered the piping and sheet metal scope for a major air tempering retrofit at a large automotive manufacturing facility, completing the work on schedule and under budget with zero disruption to plant operations.

Saltillo Automotive Plant

Sylvan partnered with a supplier in Mexico to deliver fabrication and mechanical installation services for High Bay Storage (HBS) Racks and IPF platforms—critical infrastructure supporting automotive production.

Rivian Expansion

With the demand for electric vehicles on the rise, Rivian Automotive purchased and expanded a legacy Mitsubishi plant in Normal, Illinois to support production of the R1T, R1S, and RPV vans.
