Genesis AEC underwent a significant renovation of Diamond Wing 5 in its Hopewell, NJ facility to support advanced pharmaceutical operations. Sylvan was brought in to handle critical aspects of the renovation, including demolition, HVAC and high-purity piping, plumbing, and passivation.
Working within a tight 20,000 sq. ft. footprint with existing structures has required careful planning and precise execution. Our team has already invested more than 12,000 manhours without a single recordable safety incident—thanks to a strong safety centered mindset and proactive planning.
