As Chief Financial Officer, Gabe Diab leads Sylvan Group’s financial and growth strategies, working closely with operational leadership to strengthen performance across the organization. With more than two decades of experience guiding complex change initiatives at global corporations and private equity-backed enterprises, Gabe brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to how Sylvan manages and scales its business.

Under his leadership, the finance function has undergone a significant modernization — implementing Oracle EPM and Microsoft BI to give leadership real-time visibility into performance, and tightening the month-end close process from more than 25 days to just nine. These improvements have given Sylvan’s teams faster, more reliable data for decision-making and strengthened finance’s role as a strategic partner across the business.
