Vaishali Gandhi is a visionary, outcomes-driven data leader with more than 27 years of experience driving large-scale data, analytics, and AI transformations across high-growth and global organizations. As VP of Data, Analytics & AI at Sylvan, she leads the company’s data strategy and platform — building the unified data foundation that powers smarter decision-making, faster integration of acquisitions, and the deployment of AI across Sylvan’s multi-trade construction platform. She brings deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, cloud modernization, and building world-class data platforms that enable advanced analytics and AI/ML adoption, and is known for translating complex data landscapes into tangible business value for the organizations she serves.
Over the course of her career, Vaishali has built 15 data platforms from the ground up and held senior data leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized companies — including Samsara, BlackLine, StubHub, eBay, HP, Clorox, Century Theaters, and PeopleSoft — spanning eCommerce, FinTech, manufacturing, retail, and enterprise software.
Vaishali holds a Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) certification from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a Digital Transformation certificate from Harvard, and an Executive Leadership credential from Cornell.
