Vaishali Gandhi is a visionary, outcomes-driven data and technology leader with more than 27 years of experience driving large-scale data, analytics, AI, and information security transformations across high-growth global organizations. As VP of Data, AI & Technology for the Sylvan Group, she leads data strategy, platform, and the full technology function — ERP, CRM, IT, Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Vendor relationships — across Sylvan’s global operations, building the unified data foundation and secure technology backbone that powers smarter decision-making, faster integration of acquisitions, and responsible AI deployment across its multi-trade construction platform.

She has embedded information security and governance into the core of Sylvan’s technology strategy, establishing enterprise-wide data handling, AI, and privacy/compliance policies alongside a formal data governance framework with named stewards across all business units. She brings deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, cloud modernization, and building secure, world-class data platforms that enable advanced analytics and AI/ML adoption and is known for translating complex data landscapes — and the security risk within them — into tangible business value.
