Stephen Dorchak leads our Conveyor Division’s operations with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. From ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems, Steve leverages a comprehensive approach to organizational developments. In his previous roles, Steve served as Vice President of the Automotive Group and Senior Project Manager. He has extensive expertise in managing project lifecycles while focusing on collaborative partnerships and leading high performance project management teams.

With Steve’s background, he brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and integrity to our Sylvan team.
