Sean Maine is the President of Sylvan’s Process Construction and Conveyor Group across North America and a founding member of Sylvan Canada. He oversees operations throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico, ensuring unified standards, consistent execution, and seamless project delivery across all three regions — a scope that has grown substantially since he helped establish the Canadian business.

With more than 30 years of experience in industrial construction, Sean provides the technical leadership and strategic direction that drive Sylvan’s growth, innovation, and reputation for excellence. Since Sylvan Canada’s founding, he has guided the business to an average of 30% year-over-year growth, building annual revenues to more than $50 million while maintaining strong customer and employee retention.

Under Sean’s leadership, Sylvan’s Process Construction and Conveyor Group has grown into a full design, manufacturing, installation, and integration company that stands apart in the North American market.
