Michael is a highly accomplished and results-driven executive with over 13 years of experience in corporate development, strategic planning, and private equity. He has built a distinguished career marked by a strong track record of successful transactions, the launch of multiple companies, and extensive hands-on portfolio management and M&A leadership. As Vice President of Corporate Development, Michael now leads Sylvan’s full growth strategy — both organic (sales, marketing, and strategic planning) and inorganic (M&A and strategic partnerships) — bringing a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and financial acumen to the company’s next phase of growth.

His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including financial services, HVAC, tech-enabled services, industrial automation, logistics, and consumer products. He is known for his ability to build and scale investment strategies from the ground up, foster strong partnerships with entrepreneurs, and lead transformational initiatives that create long-term value. Michael recently led Sylvan’s partnerships with Egan and Pettus and helped kick off the Sylvan Group commercial collaboration effort.
