Killian McKelvey began working in the industry during high school, where he developed an early appreciation for the work and the people behind it. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Marshall University, he returned to the industry and built wide-ranging experience across large-scale projects throughout the United States and internationally. That foundation in field operations, project scheduling, and management helped shape his practical, hands-on leadership style and prepared him for his current executive role as Vice President of New Jersey.

As Vice President of New Jersey, Killian oversees the full scope of the office’s operations, including employee leadership, project execution, business performance, and complete P&L responsibility. He works closely with teams across the office to align day-to-day operations with long-term growth objectives, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
