Craig Savell is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and industrial construction industries. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the planning and execution of complex commercial, industrial, and government projects, consistently delivering operational excellence, quality, and exceptional client service.

As Vice President of Knoxville, Craig provides strategic leadership for operations, project execution, and business growth across multiple regions. His extensive portfolio includes multimillion-dollar projects supporting the Department of Energy, the University of Tennessee, and numerous others in East Tennessee as well as South Carolina and New Mexico. He remains focused on building high-performing teams, delivering innovative contracting solutions, and creating lasting value for clients and employees alike.

Craig’s career reflects a steady progression through increasingly responsible leadership roles, including Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President. His hands-on leadership style, commitment to mentorship, and focus on developing people have fostered a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Under his leadership, his division has experienced significant organic growth while cultivating the next generation of industry leaders. This growth continues with the expansion of Industrial Plant Services and the addition of an Electrical Division.
