Bryan Pechersky leads the organization’s legal function, overseeing all legal affairs and serving as the primary point of coordination with outside counsel. He partners with senior leadership to manage risk, support strategic growth, and build the processes that allow the business to operate with clarity and confidence.
With over 30 years of experience, Bryan has built a distinguished career at the intersection of law, business strategy, and corporate leadership. He is recognized for his ability to build and scale legal and compliance functions, guide organizations through complex transactions and regulatory environments, and deliver sound counsel during periods of significant change. His background spans corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance program development, ethics, government affairs, and executive leadership — giving him a uniquely broad perspective on the legal and strategic challenges facing modern organizations.
Bryan earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA at the University of Michigan.
