Aftermarket Outside Sales and Estimating

The Aftermarket Outside Sales and Estimating will be responsible for day-to-day duties within the Anchor Conveyor Division including but not limited to the items listed below. The successful candidate will need to act proactively, be punctual, and reliable.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a technical sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally effectively and professionally and in writing ensuring tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized and must be able to multi-task and set priorities.
- Enjoys working in a demanding and fast paced work environment.
- A dedicated individual that likes to succeed and sets goals.
- Working with customers and sales professionals.
- Prepare and submit written quotations.
- Discuss and review system requirements with customers to make application recommendations based on the provided information.
- Responsible for gathering all the required information needed for quoting and working collaboratively with job estimating.
- Build relationships with customers to gain long term partnerships.
- Computer – MS Office, Word, Teams and Excel.
- Provide Customer Service.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma is required, college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Required Skills & Experience
- Conveyor experience – heavy automotive industry conveyors – overhead and floor.
- Engineering background or strong mechanical aptitude.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to prioritize own time, & time and workflow of others.
- A thorough understanding for the nature of an office environment and the importance of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement.
