Sylvan Enters into Landmark Partnership with Pettus Plumbing & Piping
We’re excited to announce a significant new milestone in Sylvan’s strategic expansion—one that continues to advance our vision of building the most advanced, AI-enabled MEP platform in North America.
Sylvan has joined forces with Pettus Plumbing and Piping, Inc., a full-service mechanical contractor headquartered in Rogersville, Alabama, with over 40 years of excellence serving retail, commercial, mission critical, government and military clients across the United States.
This partnership strengthens our platform significantly.
Pettus brings deep expertise in HVAC fabrication, industrial piping, plumbing installation, and ductwork production—complementing the capabilities we’ve built across the Sylvan platform. Their team delivers turnkey mechanical project management from design and engineering through on-site installation and has a proven track record supporting critical infrastructure nationwide.
Tony Robertson and Grover Johnson, who built Pettus into the powerhouse it is today, will remain actively involved as equity owners in Sylvan. Tony, Grover, Danny and their leadership team will continue to lead Pettus while also joining the Sylvan Group Executive Leadership Team, reporting to Robert Metz CEO, Sylvan Group.
