William is known for his ability to transform challenges into opportunities—introducing innovative processes, fostering collaboration, and building resilient teams that thrive under pressure. His focus on continuous improvement and long-term planning ensures that Sylvan remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Education

William earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Toledo and has completed advanced training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and OSHA safety standards.
