Gabe Diab champions Sylvan’s efforts to strengthen operational performance and leads our financial and growth strategies. With more than two decades of experience leading complex change initiatives, his career spans global corporations and private equity-backed enterprises. Gabe has directed large-scale integrations, implemented enterprise systems, and driven operational improvements that deliver measurable results and long-term value.
He is recognized for his ability to turn vision into action—building strong teams, introducing disciplined processes, and fostering a culture of accountability. Gabe believes that successful transformation requires clarity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on execution, all of which create opportunities for Sylvan’s continued success.
Gabe earned his MBA and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. He is a CPA/CMA and has completed executive leadership programs at INSEAD, along with certifications in Six Sigma and Chance Management.
