Demand Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—where digital marketing meets hands-on brand experience. You’ll help us elevate our digital presence, coordinate events (internal and external), and manage our branded merchandise and visual identity with pride.

As part of a small but mighty marketing team, you’ll collaborate across departments to build awareness, drive engagement, and reinforce our brand both online and in the field..


Job Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (website, email, paid ads, SEO, social media).
  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant channels.
  • Monitor analytics to track engagement, performance, and lead conversions.
  • Maintain and update the company website (WordPress).
  • Collaborate on campaign landing pages, newsletters, and internal/external communications.
  • Plan and execute internal company events (employee appreciation, milestone celebrations, team-building).
  • Support or lead logistics for external events such as trade shows, conferences, recruitment fairs, and client-hosted functions.

  • Coordinate booth design, signage, branded materials, and event communications.
  • Track budgets, timelines, vendors, and post-event performance/recaps.
  • Own the internal and external brand experience across print, swag, wearables, jobsite signage, and promotional items.
  • Manage inventory and orders of branded materials, including employee onboarding kits and seasonal giveaways.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all assets and platforms.
  • Work with external vendors to source and develop merchandise aligned with our brand values.
  • Manage brand consistency across sales marketing materials across all industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand-related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with digital platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams like HR, Business Development, and Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel both internationally and domestically as needed (20%).
  • Experience in B2B or construction/industrial marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools, photography/videography interest for content creation, and an eye for design or prior brand management experience.
